Intelligent Software and Knowledge Representation (IS-KR 2026)
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Intelligent Systems increasingly rely on intelligent software solutions designed to address the escalating demands of users. These systems find utility across diverse domains, including Expert Systems, Intelligent Problem Solvers, Decision Support Systems, and other intelligent architectures. Knowledge Representation (KR) and Reasoning constitute established and dynamic fields of inquiry. Notably, KR holds significant potential for integration with Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling reasoning grounded in defined knowledge domains. Consequently, KR is a key driver of innovation in computer science. This special session aims to bring together researchers and developers with all these different backgrounds to discuss and exchange new ideas and the latest achievements in building Intelligent Software and methods for KR.
This session is being organized at KSE for the 12th time. This session had papers won awards in previous conferences: Runner-up Best Paper Award in KSE 2022, Best Presentation Award in KSE 2021 and Best Student Paper Award in KSE 2020.
